January 2004 we were granted a Trade Industry Department “ SME Development Fund ” sponsorship together with HMSICA to develop a “ Project Management Framework ” :
- To facilitate software development outsourcing to Mainland

- To lower the overall costs of the IT industry in
Hong Kong
- To improve the competitiveness of the IT industry in
Hong Kong
- Project target to be completed in January 2005
